set in 16 acres of landscaped grounds on the

edge of beautiful Exmoor, Devon.

Our 2.5 acre pleasure lake which now exceeds 4000lbs of fish, a really impressive stocking density in this prolific lake.

You will find Mirror Carp, Common Carp and Ghost Carp.
Also Tench, Rudd, Roach, Chubb, Bream, Perch and Gudgeon
A wide range of challenges for all abilities
Ideal for both the novice and experienced anglers
34 platformed pegs around the lake which create comfortable angling positions no matter what the weather is like.

All methods work margins and open water, try pellets, luncheon meat, worms, bread and sweet corn not forgetting maggot.

Keep nets are not allowed .

Please note that tournaments or matches are no longer conducted across our lakes.

Also note, we cannot accommodate night fishing on Willow Lake.

The Rules of the Lake.

No keep nets
Strictly barbless hooks only
All landing net heads must be dipped in the disinfection tanks provided
No night fishing
All rubbish to be taken home
Use the toilet provided situated at the end of Willow Lake
Handle all fish with care and do not place directly onto stone paths, unhooking mats to be used
Return all fish to the lake which it was caught from
Fishing from designated swims only
All cars to be parked in the car park areas only and not on the grassed areas
Float lake; float fishing only permitted
No live baiting
No spinning
Consideration and sportsmanship to be given to other anglers at all times
No wading
All children to be accompanied with a adult at all times
2 rod limit on both lakes
No cutting back of bank side vegetation and trees
Hook checks will be made any anyone found in breach of the rules will be asked to leave the fishery immediately

All the above rules will be strictly enforced and regular rig checks will be made.

Fish welfare and safety are of uppermost importance, if you are in any doubt whatsoever please ask for assistance.
