Short breaks.

Any 3 days during mid week, available at 60% of the normal weekly rate.

Fishing discount.

Guests staying in any of our cottages can fish in Willow Lake and Float Lake with no added charges, subject to the relevant lake rules.

Sleeps 4, with 1 x double room and 1 x twin room.

Lodge cottage has been extensively refurbished inside and out to very modern standards.

• complete bathroom suites
• well appointed kitchens with built in electric ovens & hobs, fridge & freezer, dishwashers & washer/dryers.
• flat screen TVs & DVD players and
• FreeSat digital receivers.

Free WiFi facilities have been added for the benefit of our residents.

All you need to do is ask at reception for the necessary access details.

Central heating and power is supplied via a card meter. Cards can be purchased from ourselves. The first £5 card is included within the tariff price.

Smoking

Strictly outdoors only. Smoking is not allowed inside any of the cottages, we need to keep them clean and fresh for all customers and staff. Ash trays and bins are provided in the garden areas which we request you keep clean and tidy.

Payment methods. We can accept your deposits and payments through electronic direct bank transfer, we will provide the necessary details on request, by cheque or by cash.

Pets are also welcome provided they are of the well behaved variety and dogs must be kept on their leads whenever they are taken outside as there are open gateways on to roads to consider as well as other residents and our anglers.

Now included within the accommodation tariff is a provision for two pets.

Terms & Conditions

This two level cottage is located between Riverton House and Mole Cottage at the end. It shares its rear view and lawn but enjoys simply shrubbery partitions on either side to provide limited privacy.

Very easy access down to our lakes.

Unfortunately we do not consider our Lodge to be particularly friendly for wheelchair users as there are narrow doorways and the necessary facilities are upstairs. Mole Cottage which can be seen on the photos is right next door and has been refurbished specifically for such needs.

There is of course an inventory of equipment that helps ensure that we don’t lose anything and also helps identify anything that you may leave behind.
